Where do you ship? We currently ship within the the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii. What method do you use? We ship via UPS ground. How much will it cost me? Some items are heavy and can be expensive to ship depending on weight and your location. You can find the exact cost through the check out menu or if you would like to manually compute what the shipping cost would be go to UPS.COM and calculate the price for ground shipping from zip code 97367 to your destination zip code. IMPORTANT: Product weight must be accurate! The weight is listed in the description of each item. Is there a quicker way to get the item? Due to the weight of the items the cost is usually prohibitive to expedite the shipment. There is also a lead time on some items. You can contact customer service if you need to expedite an item and we can check to see if it is possible.
Return Merchandise and Warranty information: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM . What happens if the item is damaged? All damaged products must be reported with 24 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by us through our shipping carrier (UPS). MeydaTiffanyGlass.com stands by the quality and craftmanship of all available merchandise. We will work with customers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns. Please note MeydaTiffanyGlass.com may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective product; MeydaTiffanyGlass.com reserves the right to require this information only as needed. What if I receive the wrong item or it is defective? All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: Customer service will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the customer for shipment back. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. Meydatiffanyglass.com is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, the customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by Meydatiffanyglass.com and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the customers location. If non-defective merchandise received by MeydaTiffanyGlass.com does not qualify for replacement, the customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. MeydaTiffanyGlass.com reserves the right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if the customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. MeydaTiffanyGlass.com will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products. How do I report a damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped product? If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact customer service. Further specific instructions will be given within 1-3 business days. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Can I return the item if I don't like it? No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement. What if I later find that it is defective? Items are warranted by the manufacturer for 1 year. Contact customer service. Can I still return the item if I miss the 24 hour window? All return merchandise claims filed after 24 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. The customers is fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be defective, MeydaTiffanyGlass.com will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.

How do I clean my glass? When cleaning stained glass, it's best to just use plain water and a soft cloth as glass cleaner can actually affect the putty seams between the colored pieces. |
